Cancellation Policy

Thank you for booking a tour with us.

While we aim to be as flexible as possible, we must honor our guide’s time and commitment to a specific date and time when a tour is booked.

FINE PRINT:

  • Tours go out rain or shine! Rescheduling/delaying/time changes are possible at the guide’s discretion.
  • Tours are set for a specific time. Late arrival may mean a shorter tour.
  • Tours are confirmed upon payment. Payment for a private tour is required at least 2 weeks in advance (or at an agreed-upon date with advance discussion).
  • Guests under the age of 18 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED by an adult non-student chaperone. We cannot accommodate groups without an adult non-student chaperone. If a group is sent without an adult, the guide will wait until an adult arrives. You will not be refunded if a guide cannot lead the tour because no non-student adult is present. 
  • By paying and confirming the tour, all members of the party agree to our Terms & Conditions and Touring Safely Policies.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR PRIVATE TOURS

  • Tours canceled one week prior to the start date of the tour are subject to 50% cancellation fee.
  • Tours canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice from the tour’s start time are nonrefundable.
  • In lieu of cancellation, we can offer credit for tours cancelled with less than one week notice from tour start date. Credit does not expire.
  • Tours canceled by the company will be refunded entirely. 

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR PUBLIC TOURS

  • Payment is made at the time of booking. 
  • Full refunds are possible if notice is given at least 24 Hours prior to the start time of the tour.
  • Rescheduling is possible with any amount of notice to a date that a tour is already running (this requires other guests to be booked on the new date and time).
